The Cons:Need to be careful of the spring-loaded action in the stand when you move it, can be slightly awkward. Overly bright by default, can hurt your eyes until you turn it down. Lighting is a bit uneven from top to bottom.

ViewSonic's VG2227wm is an entry-level flatscreen LCD computer monitor with a 22" display and is intended for business or home use. It can display full HD video at 1080p. Its base is ergonomic and has mutliple points of actuation, and the frame has built-in stereo speakers.

This model has standard analog VGA and DVI-D digital ports, and also features a headphone jack and several USB ports. It has an energy saving mode and automatic image adjusting and an overall brightness of 300cd/m2 with 1000:1 typical contrast ratio. It is a basic and general-purpose monitor. It has since been replaced with the functionally similar VG2228wm, which has an additional USB port.
