The Cons:Larger, higher resolution T240 costs only $50 more. Getting fairly expensive for a TN matrix. Lower resolution than some newer 22" models.

The Samsung T220HD is a 22” widescreen LCD television with a maximum resolution of 1680x1050, producing a true 1080P picture. At a 16:10 aspect ratio, the screen also features a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (1000:1 static contrast ratio), and 5 ms response time.

Product Shot 2 The T220HD also accepts VGA, DVI, Component, DTV tuner, and HDMI inputs. There are two 3W speakers built into the unit, which support Dolby Digital audio. The screen comes with a tilting base, and sports 160° vertical and 170° horizontal viewing angles. Launched in May 2008, the T220HD currently retails for $400.
