Samsung SyncMaster 2333SW

$299.00 Released February, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Great size for various multimedia functions - suitable for video/picture editing, movie viewing, internet browsing and gaming. Multiple auto-adjust settings simplify initial setup - screen size and color saturation compliment brightness/contrast control. Picture is clear and vivid - white and black levels are remarkably strong, with minimal bleed amongst color shades.

The Cons:Many users report screen flickering/unit failure within 12 months - may be somewhat risky considering the 1-year warranty. Rear side tends to emit a small buzzing sound - likely to frustrate users who require perfect silence to work at the computer. Lack of composite video (RCA) input limits connectivity options - gaming consoles/professional audio devices are not compatible.

Samsung's SyncMaster 2333SW is a mid-range flat panel LCD computer monitor. The screen size is 23", and the native resolution is 1920 x 1080. It has a high dynamic contrast ratio of 20000:1, and it also has a 5 ms pixel response time which reduces image blurring.
