XtraView+ technology gives the widest viewing angles available with minimal off angle color shift and the four-way ergonomic stand has adjustment controls for tilt, swivel, pivot and also has a height adjustment of up to 150mm. This was released in the fall of 2008 and is the first model in the new P series. Aimed at professionals working in "color-critical environments", it boasts a wide color gamut that achieves 96% coverage of AdobeRGB, a brightness rating of 300 cd/m2 and internal programmable 10-bit lookup tables. The panel uses the PVA color matrix which although more color accurate than TN based screens, has slower response time which makes it less recommended for gaming and video and more of a picture/photography optimized monitor.
