The Cons:"Automatic" setup color and contrast mode seems washed out, requires some tweaking. Stand lacks height adjustment. Uses non-standard power cord, must use proprietary eMachines brand.

The eMachines E19T6W is a 19" widescreen LCD monitor and is a step up from eMachines' E17T6W.  The monitor has a resolution of 1440 x 900 pixels and an image aspect ratio of 16:10 to provide a wide viewing area.

  It features a 800:1 contrast ratio, 300-nit brightness, and an 5ms response time for blur-free motion images.  The screen of the E19T6W includes an anti-glare finish and can also be tilted to the optimal viewing angle.  It supports both VGA and DVI-D connectivity and is Energy Star qualified for low power consumption.  The monitor has a suggested retail price of $210 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
