Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP
$799.00
Released January, 2011
The Pros:Color accuracy is very good, ideal for photo editing. Construction is solid and durable, don't have to treat it delicately. Plenty of inputs to choose from, more than most monitors make available.
The Cons:Default settings are often a little off, need to be adjusted at least for brightness and contrast. Generates a fair amount of heat while in operation.
Replacing the Dell 2405FPW, the 2407WFP wide aspect LCD display combines industrial design with functionality. A 24" 16:9 screen is over 1.5X wider than a 17" 4:3 so you can fit quite a bit more on your screen.
