The Dell UltraSharp 2001FP is a 20.1" LCD monitor originally released in Nov. 2003 and retailed for $749, but now can be found for significantly less (~$200). It swivels 45 degrees to the left and right, 20 degrees back, and 5 degrees forward.

It features 4 USB ports - 2 on the back, and 2 on the side. With a push of a button, you can swivel the entire screen to a portrait orientation from the standard landscape mode.
