Asus' 19" widescreen VW193T flat-panel LCD monitor, with a 5 ms response time, and 800:1 contrast ratio's native resolution is 1440 x 900 with 16.2 million colours viewable - comparatively low for similar-sized monitors' contrast and resolution.

Asus' Splendid Video Intelligence Technology controls manages brightness, colour, contrast and sharpness. The VW193T offers 5 preset video modes (selectable via hotkeys) and 5 skin tone options. The form, which tilts up to a total range of nearly 25 degrees, is slim and features a narrow from for undistracted viewing of the display. The monitor is also fully Windows Vista compliant.

    Omar: Not sure how the monitor can't be plug and play. If you have your computer off, connect the monitor through VGA, and then turn the computer on it still doesn't work? Dec 12, 10

Dan (Shrek): #asus_vw193t I have used this flat panel for about 3 months now, I absolutely love it! I have had very few issues (mostly because I did not have my drivers updated for Vista). I primarily am using this as a secondary monitor for web development and database development and am finding that it works great... Next box I build, I am probably going to get 2 more of these!
