Asus' 17" VB171T flat-panel LCD monitor, with a 5 ms response time, and 2000:1 contrast ratio's native resolution is 1280 x 1024 with 16.7 million colours viewable. Asus' Splendid Video Intelligence Technology controls manages brightness, colour, contrast and sharpness.

The VB171T offers 5 preset video modes (selectable via hotkeys) and 3 skin tone options. The form is slim and features a narrow from for undistracted viewing of the display. The display does not swivel, but the monitor comes with a kit for easy wall-mounting to save space.
