The Pros:Has both a DVI and VGA port, ideal for older video cards. Comes with all the cables required, including video cables. Setup is simple and straight-forward, not much to it.
The Cons:Buttons on the bottom edge take a little force to work them, a little awkward. Stand is noticeably flimsy when shifting the monitor or pushing the buttons. Some minor distortion at the bottom of the screen, loss of clarity and contrast.
The Acer Excel Series is a mid-range LCD monitor series that falls between Acer's entry-level Value Series and higher-end Home Premium Series. The series features monitors that are suitable for home and office use as well as for applications such as gaming.

The monitors in the Excel Series are sized from 16" to 25.5" and feature a black chassis and widescreen TFT LCD display. All of the monitors have a VGA connector while the X263Wbi also includes an HDMI connector and the X233H bid includes both DVI and HDMI connectors. The monitors are wall mountable and come with a 3 year limited warranty.
